We offer reliable, highly screened and qualified live-in, live out and on-call care for your children. Aloha Nannies is here to help you find quality childcare. We pride ourselves on personalized, professional service. Our staff will refer the best possible candidates to meet your needs by building relationships with each of our clients and nanny candidates.
A written work agreement is provided between the family and nanny to fill out after their decision to work together is made. Aloha nannies will also do check up calls to both nanny and family.
We are recruiting and screening new nanny candidates on a constant basis from a variety of resources and we will send you the candidates that we feel are suitable for your family. All prospective nannies are subject to an intensive screening process prior to working with your family. You are then given the opportunity to choose the candidates that you feel will meet your needs. Aloha Nannies has a unique and careful screening process for both nannies and families in order to insure a perfect match.
The nannies that Aloha Nannies recommends have to meet the following criteria:

Placement Process
1. Begin by filling out our online Family application. Please allow yourself 15-30 minutes.
2. We will contact you after your application has been processed and we have found potential matches for you.
3. Agency contract and financial agreement will be sent to you.
4. We will match you with the nannies available and send you their profiles. You may contact us or the nanny to set up an interview.
5. We will provide you with a Nanny/Family agreement. This is a detailed contract between you and the nanny.
6. After the family has selected a nanny we allow a two week trial period to ensure a good match.
7. Payment for the placement fee will be due at that time.
Aloha Nannies guarantees the nanny placed for 6 months after the placement. Should the nanny leave the position before 6 months the agency will provide 1 replacement nanny with no additional agency fee. This is provided that the family was current on all agency fees. Aloha Nannies will also provide on-call service for all of our families if your nanny is sick or needs a vacation (subject to availability). Our regular on-call rates apply.
